Given:

Saeed has  = Rs. 75
Percentage paid = 20%

To Find:

Remaining amount with Saeed = ?

Solution:

20% of the Rs. 75  = `\frac{20}{100}` ｘ75 Rs.

20% of the Rs. 75  =  Rs. 15

So, the amount paid as alms is Rs. 15

Now the remaining amount with Saeed

Remaining Amount with Saeed = Total amount - amount paid as alms

Remaining Amount with Saeed = Rs. 75 - Rs. 15 

Remaining Amount with Saeed = Rs. 60
